Map visualization custom component integrated with lists from SharePoint document management platform.
Our Customer needed to enhance their SharePoint 2010-based document management system with an ad hoc component that could connect to an address list and show its items’ position on a map.
After an initial analysis remote session with our Customer and detailed studies on the technical-legal sides of Google Maps API usage, our team identified custom SharePoint web-part to be the best fitting solution to presented requirements and released the resulting component well within agreed deadline.
Our Customer provided desidered functionalities to all their franchisee as a support to customer and vendor management activities. As of today, about 1500 users work with our component daily.
